Integra Gutter Trim joiners connect two straight lengths while allowing the uPVC to move with temperature. The joint uses a larger expansion gap than a corner and requires the foam seal to overlap correctly.
Leave an 8mm gap between the trim lengths, overlap one side of the foam seal beneath the joint by at least 10mm, glue one inside edge of the joiner and hold it in place after applying uPVC activator.

- Suitable superglue
- uPVC superglue activator
- Correctly positioned foam seal
Four installation steps
- Set the joint. Leave an 8mm expansion gap. Cut one foam-seal side flush and overlap the other underneath by at least 10mm.
- Glue one edge. Apply superglue to one inside edge of the joiner only.
- Apply activator. Treat the gutter-trim face that receives the glued joiner edge.
- Fit the joiner. Press it over the joint and hold until the bond is solid.
