The Integra Raised Kerb external-corner component is moulded with removable backing pieces so it can form a kerb-to-kerb corner or a transition to gutter trim.
Leave a 4mm gap, remove the correct backing pieces, glue one inside edge only, activate the matching trim face and press the external corner into place until the bond is solid.
What you need
- Matching Integra Raised Kerb External Corner with both removable backing pieces present
- Suitable superglue
- uPVC superglue activator
- Clean, dry and contamination-free trim surfaces
Five installation steps
- Form the corner. Butt the raised-kerb lengths at the external right angle with a 4mm expansion gap.
- Remove the backing pieces. For a kerb-to-kerb corner snap out both pieces. For a kerb-to-gutter transition, remove only the Raised Kerb side as shown in the manufacturer guide.
- Glue one edge. Apply superglue to one inside edge of the corner component only.
- Activate the trim. Apply uPVC activator where that glued edge will land.
- Press and hold. Seat the external-corner component firmly until adhesion is solid.
