EPDM roof trims, tapes, outlets and details
The membrane covers the main roof area. The perimeter, corners, wall junctions, outlets, pipes and seams require products selected for each detail.
Roof-edge trims
Edge, gutter and metal trims perform different perimeter functions. Choose the profile, construction, colour and length required for the roof design. Joiners, corners and fixings must match the selected trim family.
Flashing and seam tapes
Flashing, seam and cover tapes are separate detailing products. Select the appropriate product for the junction or repair and use the stated primer and preparation method.
Outlets and pipe boots
Internal and horizontal outlets handle different drainage arrangements. Pipe boots must suit the penetration dimensions and be detailed using compatible products.
Corners and patches
Internal corners, external corners and other changes of plane require careful detailing. Do not substitute a visually similar product without confirming its intended use.
