How do I form a reliable EPDM membrane seam?
Use compatible FlexiProof seam tape with the specified overlap, primer, alignment and rolling procedure. It joins prepared membrane sheets and is not a general-purpose repair strip.

When is seam tape required?
Use it where two compatible membrane sheets are joined. A one-piece roof may need no field seam, while roll-applied systems usually do.
Does seam tape need primer?
Use the primer and preparation specified for the membrane and tape. Clean, dry surfaces are essential.
Can I reposition seam tape?
Dry-fit and mark first. Pressure-sensitive tape grips strongly once consolidated, so remove the release film progressively while maintaining alignment.
Why is a seam roller important?
Firm rolling develops full contact and helps remove trapped air, especially at edges and intersections.
Can it repair a hole?
A puncture normally needs a dedicated patch or uncured flashing detail sized beyond the damage.
